Is KaizenCV really free?
Yes. The free plan is not a trial — it does not expire and does not require a card. It includes unlimited resume and cover letter drafts, the live ATS score, full layout customization, three resume and three cover letter templates, the application tracker, and a monthly AI allowance.
Is the application tracker free?
Yes. The application tracker is free for everyone, on both plans.
What is an AI credit?
A credit is spent when the AI does work for you — a coach or builder message, or an ATS analysis. Uploading a document does not cost anything. The free plan includes a monthly allowance; Pro includes a much larger one.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
Everything that is not AI keeps working — you can still edit, customise layouts, and use the tracker. Credits reset monthly, or you can upgrade to Pro.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Pro can be cancelled whenever you like and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Your documents stay in your account on the free plan afterwards.
Which currencies can I pay in?
US dollars, Danish kroner, and euros. The currency shown is based on your location and you are charged in that currency. Prices exclude VAT.
Do I need Pro to pass an ATS?
No. The live ATS score is on the free plan, and every template exports a selectable text layer that applicant tracking systems can read. Pro adds template choice, unlimited PDF downloads, one-click fixes, and more AI.
